| Two new theorems of alternative for invex infine inequality systems are proved. One of these theorems is applied to characterize optimal solution of nonsmooth scalar-valued fractional minimax programming problem with inequality, equality and abstract constraints. An existence theorem and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) type optimality conditions are established. | |||
