| The author considers equilibrium problems with data depending explicitly on time and studies under which assumptions the continuity of the solution with respect to the time can be guaranteed. We show continuity results for solutions to time-dependent variational inequalities for a general class of convex sets, and then we apply these results to dynamic traffic equilibrium problems. Taking into account the regularity results presented, we adapt extragradient method to solve a evolutionary variational inequality and we report the results of a numerical approximation. | |||
