| Abstract: | |||
| A simple approach and an algorithm are proposed to solve the qua-sistatic rolling frictional contact problem between an elastic cylinder and a flat trigid body. The discretization is based on the boundary element method. The unilateral frictional contact problem (nonsmooth but monotone) is formulated in a compact form as a nonsymmetric linear complementarity problem which is solved using Lemke's algorithm. | |||
