To submit a paper for publication, an author should send two copies of the manuscript to one of the Editors or members of the Editorial Board. The submission of a paper carries with it the author's assurance that it has not been copy-righted, or submitted for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts must be submitted in English. Authors of papers submitted for publications should strive for expository clarity and good literary style. Manuscripts should be typed on one side only, double spaced, with generous margins. Footnotes should be avoided. Hand inserted symbols should be well spaced and at most 150 words, a list of key words and phrases and the Mathematics Subject Classification (2010) codes should be included and placed before the introduction. Acknowledgements for grants should be placed before the references. The list of references must be numbered and in alphabeticalcronological order. Abbreviations of names of journals and references should follow the standard form established by the Mathematical Review.
